This is a relaxed, confidential chat to discuss your needs and provide a clear view of how we’ll tailor our support to you.
2. One-to- One Sessions
Whether its ongoing, weekly expert mentorship, or project-based consultancy to help you solve a problem and change how your teams work, with hourly and monthly billing options, you can choose how much support you need at any particular time.
Sessions with your expert can range from 45mins for a quick troubleshooting to up to 90mins to get into the details of your challenges.
3. Bespoke Resources
Your expert will create bespoke resources to help you put Teaming into practice. This is most applicable to consultancy projects, where we’ll help you get the most out of your people and get Teaming throughout your organisation.
4. Feedback & Accountability
Your expert will check in every week and provide ah-hoc support outside of scheduled sessions to make sure you’re on track and progressing towards you goals. They’ll provide active feedback to help you adapt in almost real-time.
